Pavilion Rental
The Peggy & Jack Jones Pavilion offers space which can accommodate a large group of people for a Texas-sized picnic. This covered pavilion, located beside our splash park, provides shade from the Texas heat with two large ceiling fans. The various size picnic tables, including two that are ADA accessible, provide ample space for birthday parties, family reunions, church picnics or visiting with friends. Air-conditioned restrooms and a seasonal concession stand are located at the pavilion. Reservations are required for birthday parties, reunions, and large groups.
Pavilion Guidelines
Guidelines to help you prepare for your event

Pavilion must be reserved for any planned events such as birthday parties, reunions, etc.

You are responsible for any damage to the pavilion. This includes doors, windows, walls, floors, beams, picnic tables, fans, or flower/flowerpots.

No nails, screws, thumbtacks, tape, glue, drills, adhesive signs/badges, staples, paint, or anything else that would mar the appearance of the pavilion, pavilion furniture or structure.

Please do not hang anything from pavilion rafters.

Only non-helium balloons may be used.

Decorations must be removed and disposed of at the end of the event.

No deep fryers allowed.

All trash, food and debris must be picked up and placed in the trash receptacles provided. Tables should be left clean.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while at the pavilion.

This policy will be strictly enforced to insure equitable treatment of other events occurring simultaneously in the pavilion.

Pets are welcome at the pavilion if they are on a leash. No rollerblades, scooters or skateboards allowed at the pavilion.

NO alcohol, loud music, smoking or tobacco products allowed.

Please do not stand on tables.
